ODL Acquires Canadian Insulated Glass Manufacturer

ODL, Inc. has acquired Robover, Inc., an insulated glass manufacturer in Quebec, Canada.

The move comes as ODL, a North American glass supplier, looks to expand its mission of building value into building products. According to ODL, Robover is an ideal partner thanks to its more than 20 years of experience delivering insulated glass solutions to the Canadian market.

“This partnership continues to enhance our insulated glass offerings in North America,” says Dave Klein, president and chief operating officer of ODL. “The addition of Robover to ODL and our family of brands helps position us for exciting new business growth opportunities, while also enhancing our product offering, capabilities and serviceability to our valued customers.”

ODL says that all Robover employees and locations will be retained.
