ASSA ABLOY’s board of directors chairman, Lars Renström, says that he will not be available for re-election at the company’s next Annual General Meeting. Renström has been a member of the board since 2008 and has been chairman since 2012.
ASSA ABLOY states that its nomination committee will return with a proposal for a new chairman.
