The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) released its final schedule for its annual conference on Feb. 13-16, 2023, in Coronado, Calif.

The Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) TallWood project features a shake table testing of a full-scale resilient 10-story mass-timber building.
Officials from the organization say that the conference will include several hands-on opportunities, including a tour of a seismic shake test site and a hardware demonstration.
“We are pleased to share several interactive elements at this conference by featuring unique experiences for in-person participants,” says meeting manager Florica Vlad. “I am especially looking forward to commending several of our members during the awards banquet, which falls on Valentine’s Day and is themed accordingly.”
The seismic shake test tour will feature an industry seismic test located on the north side of San Diego. The Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) TallWood project features a shake table testing of a full-scale resilient 10-story mass-timber building.
