On the first day of installation, Mappi teaches Adriatic Glass & Mirror employees how to temper perfectly with the new ATS 4.0.
Adriatic Glass & Mirror has added a new tempering furnace to accommodate larger and more complex orders, company officials say. The new furnace, a Mappi ATS 4.0 2200×3800 GHBS Xtreme Profile Convection, is designed to enhance energy efficiency, saving at least 30% compared to more conventional machines, according to the company.
“From the first tests with our new furnace, the thought that came to my mind was, ‘I should have purchased it sooner,’” says Adriatic Glass & Mirror president Joseph Imbrogno. “I knew from the words of colleagues and friends the great performance of ATS 4.0; however, seeing it at work in your own company is something else.”
