Clover Architectural Products has acquired American Custom Metal Corp., an architectural metal fabricator based in New Lenox, Ill. The new entity will be known as American Custom Fabrication and will remain a separate company from Clover.
Officials state that American Custom Fabrication will provide convection covers, aluminum linear bar grilles, cladded doors and frames, break metal and metal fabrication for the commercial, display and retail sectors.
American Custom’s owner, Bill Anicich, will remain with the company and serve as general manager.
“We are thrilled to be able to welcome American Custom to the Clover family,” says Clover’s managing partner Tom O’Malley. “Anicich and his team have produced amazing work over the years, and we are excited to announce he is staying on board. His reputation is phenomenal, and his continued presence with the company will help our clients feel comfortable that things will remain the same.”
