Permasteelisa Group has named Sandip Mahajan as its new chief financial officer.
Permasteelisa Group has named Sandip Mahajan as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Officials say Mahajan is an accomplished and internationally experienced CFO with a “strong record of success in transformation and driving shareholder value.”
Mahajan’s previous experience includes time at Balfour Beatty PLC, Mitie PLC, and, most recently, Steinhoff International.
“I am pleased to welcome Sandip on board as our new Group CFO,” says CEO Liam Cummins. “With his strong finance background from the construction sector and CFO roles across multiple industries, Sandip will play an instrumental role in driving Permasteelisa’s transformation and shaping our future growth.”
