AGC Glass Company North America recently bolstered its sales team, adding Brad A. Bartley [CSI CDT], Meghan Beach [LEED AP BD+C, CSI CDT], Shawn Winn and Paul Drake as architectural sales representatives.

“Each new team member is well-qualified within the construction industry, holding a number of key industry certifications along with a strong track record of working with architects and designers,” according to a company release.

Bartley has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive technical knowledge in thermal performance, blast/hurricane impact resistance, secondary glazing systems and more. He will represent AGC in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Ohio and West Virginia.

Beach, who will focus on the southeast region, graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science in building construction management. She has 15 years of experience in project management on large-scale commercial, high-rise residential and institutional projects.

Winn has more than 10 years of experience engaging engineers, architects and other members of the building team on high-rise residential and mixed-use facilities, as well as coordinating large-scale commercial projects. Winn lives in Kansas and will also cover Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri.

Drake, who will represent AGC in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, joins the company with 17 years of experience in business development and sales within the glass industry. He was previously employed by Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®.
