“Being named to the Best Workplaces in Construction list again reflects the strength of our employee-owned culture and the values we live every day,” says Deron Brown, PCL president and chief operating officer of U.S. operations. PCL reported a 93% employee satisfaction rate. “At PCL, our people are empowered to shape their careers, contribute to meaningful projects, and foster a workplace where everyone feels respected and included. This recognition is a direct result of their dedication and the inclusive environment we continue to build together.”

To compile the list, Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work, which surveys employees about their workplace experiences. Great Place to Work uses a Trust Index survey, responding to 60 statements on a five-point scale and answering two open-ended questions, to measure key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues and loyalty to the company.
