AMG Architectural Glass and Glazing has hired Nick Cohawitz as project manager and Paul Kitching as general manager.

Cohawitz brings six years of construction experience—three directly related to glass and glazing—to AMG. He holds a degree from Temple University with a bachelor’s in construction management and is a certified accredited glazing specialist through GANA and other trade associations.

Cohawitz will work architects and general contractors to define scope, schedule and performance through RFIs and coordination, as well buyout and procurement of materials to meet schedule needs. He will coordinate incoming work with the shop and will oversee and maintain the budget throughout the project’s entirety.

Kitching brings 24 years of experience with established leadership, experience and knowledge in high-volume operations in the construction industry. He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Lakehead University and received his certificate as a registered professional engineer in Ontario, Canada.

He will manage the day-to-day operations of the company and oversee the management of current and upcoming projects.
