Bunting Architectural Metals added a liquid Kynar coating line to its painting capabilities at its primary facility in Verona, Pa.

According to the company, the system can coat parts up to 6-by-9-by-30 feet in width, height and length, with a maximum weight of 2,400 pounds. Basic components of the line are 300 feet of overhead conveyor, a series of advanced paint booths and what bunting claims is the largest cure oven in North America.

“Bunting’s new capability has opened up new opportunities as the company now sells its excess paint capacity via toll coating services to glass and glazing contractors, metal panel fabricators and perforated sheet suppliers,” a release from the company reads.
