Cameron McGinley has been named the new vice president of commercial sales and president of EFCO Corp., a Monett, Mo.-based Pella Company.

McGinley is replacing Mike Farquhar, who is moving on to own and operate a Pella independent sales branch.

“Cameron is taking the reins from Mike during the next few weeks,” says Pat Meyer, president and CEO of Pella. “Mike is leaving the business poised for growth and Cameron will continue to integrate Pella and EFCO capabilities further to create industry leading solutions for our customers.”

McGinley was most recently the director of international business development at Pella and has spent 12 years with Pella in several plant manager, general manager and director roles. According to the company, McGinley has also been instrumental in helping develop Pella EFCO Commercial Solutions.

Farquhar held a variety of roles in his 20-year career with Pella and has been leading the Pella EFCO Commercial Solutions business since Pella acquired EFCO in 2007.
