Construction of the new building in Rosenfeld, Germany, is scheduled for completion in summer 2021.

Eurotech Vertriebs GmbH has invested $4.12 million (€3.65 million) in a new building. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 4, 2020. The state government has contributed more than $450,000 (€400,000) in funds from the ELR and EFRE development programs to the project.

Over the course of the next year, a new production and storage space and a two-story office building will be constructed on the nearly 83,000-square-foot plot at Maybachstraße 7, located on the site of the Dornbrunnen industrial park in Rosenfeld, Germany. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2021.

“We have had to expand our physical capacities to keep up with the increased requirements of our industry and the large volume of orders we have been receiving,” says Thomas Schulz, managing director.

Eurotech specializes in vacuum, lifting and transport technologies. Company leadership decided to construct a new building after spending three years searching for a space to rent. The construction project is being managed by Bau-Cooperation in Offenburg, which anticipates a building period of approximately one year.
