Frameless Hardware Company (FHC) has opened a new service center in Dallas. Company officials say the expansion allows FHC to reach more locations throughout the Southwest.

The facility features 50,000 square feet of warehouse, will call and showroom space to help FHC reduce lead times. FHC’s branch manager, Zeke Gonzales, and office manager, Megan Gordy, will oversee day-to-day operations. George Heflin, vice president of sales for Southwest Texas, and outside sales representative John Mattie will service local customers.

“We’re in growth mode,” says president and CEO Chris Hanstad. “Dallas is an incredibly strategic hub that puts our products within striking distance of the entire country, not to mention significantly enhances our ability to maintain exceptional service to this booming region. The playbook is simple: have products on the shelf backed by incredible customer service and always look out for the customer. It’s a formula that many companies in this industry seem to have forgotten or abandoned.”

The new facility is at 2926 Skyway Circle A, Irving, Texas.
