Giroux Glass Inc. recently added two new members to its board of directors: Steve Cadigan and Laurie Dreyer.

Cadigan, who founded the firm Cadigan Talent Ventures, advises a wide range of domestic and international companies including Twitter, Google, GoPro, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the BBC. He also regularly counsels on talent topics for some of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capitalist firms, according to the company.

Prior to launching his own firm, Cadigan worked for over 25 years as a human resources executive for diverse companies and industries. In addition to running his own firm while speaking and teaching around the world, he also serves on the board of directors for two organizations and sits on the advisory board of several others.

Dreyer is currently on the board and is the director of development at Taylor Design, an architecture, interiors and design strategies firm with offices in California. Her business experience includes principal and vice president leadership roles at Gensler, Anshen+Allen, Stantec and Harris. Other human resources leadership roles were held at Psomas and The Ratcliff Architects. Dreyer has taught for the AIA and ACEC conferences, AEBL, Equity by Design and KA Connect. She maintains an active role in ACEC’s Senior Executive’s Institute.

As the newest members of the board, they join chairperson Anne-Merelie Murrell; Giroux Glass CEO and president, Nataline Lomedico; and Rick Stafford. As retired president and chairperson of the board of Murray Company, where he spent more than 30 years, Stafford is the board’s industry expert from outside the company. He serves on the boards of multiple other companies, and provides counsel on the topic of employee-owned companies.
