GlasFab Architectural (GFA) has launched Virtual Technical Services (VTS), its new digital service platform providing technical support of architectural glass for the building envelope.

VTS is available through custom digital communication tools including web-links, web-data transfers, multi-party video meetings, web-chat and telephone discussion.

“I am excited to work with glass fabricators to help improve processes and solve issues through digital solutions,” says Cliff Monroe, president of GFA.

GFA partnered with Project Vision Dynamics (PVD), which designed the digital platform and administers the program through a custom solution. “We chose to partner with GFA because I’ve had the privilege of working with Cliff from small to large endeavors, and can easily recommend him as someone I’d want developing solutions for me,” says Steve Sherman, president of PVD.
