Giroux Glass Inc. was named one of the best companies to work for in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Workforce Research Group. In its 17th year, the program aims to identify, acknowledge, and honor the top employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses.

Giroux Glass officials say the company secured 17th in the large business category. It had to satisfy various eligibility requirements to qualify, including meeting a minimum employee count and submitting assessments.

The evaluation process included submitting an Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey and a Best Companies Group (BCG) Employer Questionnaire. The two parts assessed Giroux Glass’ benefits, policies, practices, demographics and employee experience. Workforce Research Group oversaw the registration, survey and analysis phases to determine the final rankings.
