Graham Architectural Products (GAP) has announced two new hires and a promotion.

Taylor Caterbone, who started her career at GAP three years ago as a staff accountant, has been promoted to cost accountant. Caterbone’s new position will be geared toward helping to maintain and implement cost effective practices and processes for the operation team. Additionally, her duties will include inventory reporting, job closeout reviews, and maintaining the cycle counting program.

David Conway joins the GAP team as an independent sales representative for the Florida market. Over the past decade, Conway worked for Cristacurva selling to glaziers and OEMs in the southeast and for AGC’s commercial glass division. He also served in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2009.

Derek Ober also has joined Graham as project documentation coordinator. His main responsibilities will be preparing, gathering, organizing and tracking submittal documentation and samples. He also will provide support to project managers as required. Ober previously worked as a sales and marketing administrator at Heritage Hills in York, Pa.
