Windsor, Ontario-based Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd. has been selected to design and manufacture the railings on two 36-story towers; the 3 eleven Bowie apartment tower in downtown Austin, Texas, and the Key West Condos in Etobicoke, located in Toronto, Ontario’s lakeshore area.

The 3 eleven Bowie project will offer 358 apartment units and two levels of office space. The high-rise tower will utilize more than 7,000 linear feet of Greco’s aluminum railing system with laminated, obscure glass. Stainless Fabricators Inc. in Odessa, Fla., is Greco’s distributor and will provide installation services. The project is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2014.

The Key West Condos is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2015 and will have 343 private residential units. Greco’s factory-trained installation team will complete the installation. The high-rise condominium will have more than 10,000 linear feet of the company’s fully welded aluminum railing with glass infill panels. The railings are scheduled to be delivered in the spring of 2014.

“We are excited to be part of two very high-profile residential projects in North America,” says Jim Ellsworth, president of Greco’s U.S. Division.
