Ellen Rogers has been named Key Media & Research’s (KMR) vice president of editorial content. Rogers manages the content direction and delivery for all KMR industry sectors, including USGlass magazine, Window Film magazine, Door & Window Market ([DWM]) magazine, Paint Protection Film (PPF) magazine and Auto Glass Repair & Replacement (AGRR) magazine. Each sector’s coverage includes print and digital publications, e-newsletters and live events.

Rogers has more than 20 years of experience covering the glass industry. She started at KMR in 2000 as an assistant editor for USGlass magazine, the largest glass industry magazine in the world and the only monthly glass-related magazine in North America. Rogers moved up the company ranks quickly, becoming managing editor for USGlass before being named the publication’s editor and KMR’s editorial/content director in 2022.

“Anyone who knows Ellen knows what a special person she is,” said KMR CEO Debra Levy. “Anyone who has read Ellen’s work or seen her videos knows how talented she is. The glass industry—and KMR—is very lucky to have the benefits of those talents.”

Rogers is also an award-winning writer. In 2022, she earned a prestigious Neal Award in the Best Technical/Scientific Content category for her article “Less Than Zero: Driving Down Carbon Emissions in Architectural Facades.” The SIIA Jesse H. Neal Awards are presented annually and are considered the Pulitzer Prize for business-to-business journalism. She has also won several American Society of Business Publication Editors National Azbee awards.
