INOVUES has hired Jen Miret to lead its marketing and communications department. INOVUES says that Miret will be responsible for raising awareness for the company’s insulating glass retrofit technology. This includes developing, optimizing and distributing content that is targeted and educational.

INOVUES adds that Miret will also help calibrate the company’s go-to-market strategy and establish formal marketing processes.

INOVUES has hired Jen Miret to lead its marketing and communications department.

The opportunity to improve the performance of an existing building on budget without disturbing the structure and its occupants is powerful, says Miret. She adds that INOVUES’ approach to sustainability impressed her.

“Jen’s expertise in branding and content marketing will fuel our growth,” says Anas Al Kassas, INOVUES founder and CEO. “Building owners immediately recognize the benefits of our retrofit technology, but many are not yet aware of our solution. We need an experienced, dedicated marketer to get the word out and help us accelerate the transformation of existing buildings into energy-efficient, sustainable properties.”

Miret has spent more than 15 years in the architectural glass industry. She has nearly 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, branding and public relations. Before joining INOVUES, Miret was director of marketing at Bendheim. She has also held marketing management positions in two multinational companies: MIS Implant Technologies Inc. and Dantec Dynamics.
