Naumann Dowdy

Kensington Glass Arts Inc. (KGa) has hired Naumann Dowdy as senior project manager and Kostiantyn Leonov as estimator for its new building envelope team.

Joining the glazing industry in 1999, Dowdy began as a draftsman doing shop drawings by hand. He has worked for several glazing companies since then but most of his experience was with Maryland-based Custom Glass Services.

“I am most excited about joining KGa [because of] the team approach to managing projects,” says Dowdy, adding that despite his excitement he does anticipate some challenges in his new role including, “learning the many KGa methods and procedures for managing projects.”

Kostiantyn Leonov

Leonov also joins KGa with an extensive background in the glazing industry, beginning in 2005 in his home country of Ukraine. In the last 14 years, he has worked in many different capacities including project management, sales, AutoCad design and more. According to a company release, Leonov is excited to lend his expertise to the building envelope team and shares that he is most excited to be “gaining new knowledge and developing his skills.”
