Mappi opened its doors to high school students on November 14 as part of PMI Day 2019.

Mappi opened its doors to high school students on November 14 as part of PMI Day 2019, an initiative of Italian industry association Confindustria. This year, the students came from the Guglielmo Marconi School in Latina. Accompanied by their professors, they met up with the Mappi staff, touching the different phases of the design and production of Mappi’s tempering furnaces.

The students will study Industry 4.0 this year, which has been at the center of Mappi’s evolutionary path, according to the company, both through the implementation of complex control systems and refined functionality. To achieve this goal, Mappi has collaborated with Siemens and its MindSphere system.
