The new facility adds 48,000 square feet of production space and allows for new equipment to meet the rising demand.

MFM Building Products announced the completion of its Coshocton, Ohio, facility following a 12-month delay due to extended lead times for raw materials. The new facility adds 48,000 square feet of production space and allows for new equipment to meet the rising demand.

Construction began in February 2021 and was originally scheduled for completion by fall 2021.

“We definitely had some setbacks with the current state of the supply chain, which caused some delays in the completion date,” says president Tony Reis. “Now that we are finished, we are focused on meeting the needs of our customers and hope to be introducing several new waterproofing products to our portfolio. As an ESOP company, there is a lot of excitement among our employees as MFM continues to grow.”

The updated facility includes new offices in the main headquarters building along with the addition of a new research and development laboratory. The new laboratory allows for increased quality control and new product development, states MFM. Once the production equipment is fully operational, the company expects to hire additional full-time employees.
