The founder and president of MY Shower Door was among several Southwest Florida business leaders inducted into the Junior Achievement (JA) Business Hall of Fame (HOF). Bill Daubmann, who founded MY Shower Door in 2003, was honored for his contributions to the local community.

JA officials say Daubmann and his family have a hands-on approach to their business, “keeping the well-being of the Southwest Florida community their top priority.”

Daubmann has served in several community-centered roles for organizations such as Florida Gulf Coast University, SWFL Inc. and South Fort Myers High School. He has also participated in Make-A-Wish Southwest Florida, Golisano Children’s Hospital’s Toy Drive, Salvation Army’s Backpack School Drive and more.

In addition to leading MY Shower Door, the Daubmann family owns D3 Glass and MY Architectural Glass. The companies employ more than 190 Floridians.
