Anchor-Ventana of Round Rock, Texas, is the 15th company to acquire certification through the ANSI-accredited third-party North American Contractor Certification (NACC) program.

Anchor-Ventana is a full-service commercial and residential glass company. It designs and installs curtainwall, storefronts, entrances, interior glass and more on projects of all sizes.

“We were introduced to the North American Contractor Certification program at this year’s Building Envelope [Contractors] Conference,” says Felix Munson Sr., president of Anchor-Ventana. “What appealed to us most was the third party review of risk management specific to our industry. In completion of the certification process, Anchor-Ventana Glass was able to improve our ongoing safety program and strengthen quality management processes. We are thrilled to be the first glazing company in Texas to receive this certification.”

The NACC program consists of several requirements intended to give building owners, general contractors, design professionals and other stakeholders confidence that the glass and aluminum installation process will be performed to meet the needs of the project. The program launched in 2015.

“We are excited to see the NACC program expand by entering the Southwest,” says NACC program manager Jeff Dalaba. “We look forward to adding many more in that territory in the coming months.”
