Industry veteran Paul Griese was named director of projects and engineering. INOVUES says that Griese’s understanding of building envelope design, engineering, consulting and thermal and forensic analysis is vital to enhance the performance of facades with undertaking demolition, removal or replacement.

UL Solutions

Patrick Mazzariol is now executive vice president and chief commercial officer for UL Solutions. Mazzariol joins the global safety science company, from Dover Corp. He previously spent time in senior-level sales and marketing roles at 3M, Ingersoll Rand, Siemens and Whirlpool.


Architectural and decorative glass fabricator GlasPro Inc. named Brian Martineau as outside national sales manager. In the newly created role, Martineau will be responsible for glass sales in the Atlanta and greater New York City areas. He has more than 20 years in the glass industry and is skilled in sales, negotiation, operations management, pricing strategy and team building.

Morse Architectural

Morse Architectural has hired Mike Madsen as its marketing content coordinator. Madsen assumes the role with more than 20 years of experience in the organic SEO content creation and digital marketing fields.


Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® (OBE) has appointed Bruno Biasiotta as CEO. Biasiotta has more than 30 years of experience leading transformations of companies in the building efficiency sector and developing high-performance organizations, states OBE. Biasiotta previously served as president and CEO of Nortek Air Management. Additional roles include president and CEO of Philips Lighting Americas as well as vice president and general manager of the building efficiency division of Johnson Controls Inc.

Roschmann Steel & Glass Construction North America

Dirk Schulte is now president and CEO of Roschmann Steel & Glass Construction’s North American operations. Schulte will lead the executive management team, commercial sales and project contract operations as well as strategic business development throughout the U.S. and Canada. He previously served two years as a pre-construction executive before joining Roschmann’s board of directors as director of sales in late 2020.

General Glass International

General Glass International (GGI) has appointed William Paulin as chief financial officer (CFO). Paulin joins GGI with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He joins GGI after a stint as the president and CFO for Kuehne Chemical Co.


Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, an exterior facade contractor specializing in custom unitized curtainwall, has promoted Paul Robinson to president. Robinson has been with Pioneer since 2008. He started as a project manager and was promoted to operations manager in 2017.. He then assumed the role of chief operations officer in 2021.


Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) named Chris Fronsoe and Annissa Flickinger as managers of architectural market development. Fronsoe will serve the West region of the U.S. and Flickinger will serve the East region.

Fronsoe assumes the role following time as Vitro’s national architectural manager for the Northwest region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and organizational leadership from George Fox College.

Flickinger joined Vitro in 2004 as an architectural services coordinator and has been promoted several times. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Vitro also named Andre Kenstowicz key projects manager. Kenstowicz was previously Vitro’s commercial account manager for the Pacific-Mountain region. He joined Vitro in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from Clark University.

In addition, Bryce R. Given has been appointed national architectural manager for Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska in the United States and British Columbia and Alberta in Canada. In this role, Given will focus on delivering product, technology and service solutions to architects, specification writers, glazing contractors, façade consultants and Vitro Certified™ fabricators for the commercial construction market in his territory. Given has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with specific expertise in project management, estimating, design/build and solution promotion.



Tubelite Inc.’s vice president of sales, Steve Green, will retire in March 2023. Green has been part of Tubelite’s leadership team for more than 32 years.. In his current role, Green oversees the sales and client service teams for Tubelite, as well as for two additional Apogee Enterprises businesses, Alumicor and Linetec. Green started with Tubelite in 1990 as a sales representative serving the Southeast.



Dino Zandonella Necca was named president of the General Assembly of the Italian Association of Suppliers of Machines and Accessories for Glass Processing (GIMAV). Necca’s tenure as president will run from 2022 to 2026.
