Permasteelisa Group named Thomas Jefferson its new vice president of human resources for North American operations. Jefferson has more than 30 years of human resources experience in various industries, including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities and door and window manufacturing.

He arrives from Andersen Corp., where he served in the same role. He was responsible for supporting the growth of the business through acquisition and market expansion while focusing on employee development and engagement as well as productivity improvements.

Jefferson reports to Mike Pedersen, interim executive general manager. He also works with Permasteelisa’s leadership team to identify and deploy organizational action plans aligned with strategic priorities.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and communication from the University of Denver and a master’s certification in human resources from Villanova University.
