Jeff Jackson, president and CEO of PGT Innovations Inc. (PGTI), was recently named to Florida Trend’s Florida 500 list, an annual section highlighting Florida’s most influential business leaders.

This is the second year that Jackson has been named to the list. The business leaders were selected based on contacts in regional business circles, hundreds of interviews, and months of research, culminating in a highly selective biographical guide to the people who run Florida. The manufacturing category in the guide included 12 individuals.

Jackson joined PGTI in 2005 as the company’s vice president and chief financial officer. Officials say he was instrumental in taking the company public through the New York Stock Exchange in 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to president and CEO. Throughout his 18-year tenure, company officials say.

Jackson has continued to foster a culture that thrives on “inventing, building and delivering solutions to enhance people’s lives.”

“It is an incredible honor to be named to Florida Trend’s Florida 500 list,” says Jackson. “To be considered one of the state’s most influential business leaders across many major industries is not something I take lightly. Our team members are the true success of our organization, and I couldn’t be the executive I am today without them.”
