Quaker Windows and Doors announced the opening of a new vinyl door and window manufacturing facility in Vienna, Mo. The new 185,000-square-foot facility will allow Quaker to significantly increase production capacity of its light commercial and residential vinyl products.

“This new vinyl manufacturing facility is part of a long-term strategic growth plan to not only meet future demand for our vinyl products, but also position Quaker to offer new and innovative vinyl window and door solutions in the future,” says Kevin Blansett, Quaker’s CEO. “This new dedicated vinyl production facility also allows us to expand production capacity for our architectural and commercial aluminum products division.”

The company says it has experienced considerable growth across the U.S. in all its divisions.

“Currently, we are also in the process of expanding our glass plant to accommodate future growth,” says Bill Sifflard, director of business development. “Our ability to manufacture wood, vinyl and aluminum window and door products for both the residential, commercial and architectural markets from a centralized site is something that is unique within the industry and enables our team to truly meet our customer’s diverse and ever evolving needs.”
