Roto North America welcomed Renee Coma to its customer service team. Coma’s prior experience with SAP gives her an edge in assisting customers with quick and thorough information, company officials say, as her technical background lends itself to a role in customer service.

Coma’s role will include working closely with the company’s customers to provide support in ordering, lead times, product availability and shipping details. She will also be responsible for processing credit applications and contributing to new customer setups.

“Renee will be a strong addition to our team. Her communication and problem-solving skills will be a valuable addition to our wonderful customer service team,” her supervisor, Sandra Mahan, says.
