Saint-Gobain has acquired Italian company Logli Massimo, a specialist in glass systems and accessories for the fixing and assembly of glass panels for railings, shower doors, partition walls and interior and exterior doors.

Founded in 1989, the company now employs nearly 60 people. According to Saint-Gobain, Logli Massimo is developing its position in France, Benelux and a number of other European countries. Integration with the Saint-Gobain Group will enable the company to accelerate its growth in Europe by being able to offer complete solutions to architects and tradespeople, says a company statement.
