The Saint-Gobain Group has moved some company executives into new leadership roles, effective January 1.

Claude Imauven, senior vice president in charge of the construction products sector, has been appointed chief operating officer. Benoît Bazin, senior vice president in charge of the building distribution sector, will take on Imauven’s previous role.

Kare Malo, chief executive officer of the company’s distribution in Nordic countries, will now lead Saint-Gobain’s building distribution sector. Meanwhile, Benoit d’Iribarne, president of high performance materials, has been appointed a general delegate in Germany, Austria and Benelux. He will also coordinate the group’s industrial excellence programs.

Chief financial officer (CFO) Laurent Guillot will be in charge of the high performance materials sector and will directly oversee ceramic materials activity. Guillaume Texier, president of the ceramic materials activity, has been appointed CFO.
