Salem Fabrication Supplies introduced two new team members: Matthew Mikuleza, product development manager, and Sam Chikte, regional account manager for Eastern Canada.

Mikuleza graduated from Virginia Tech University with a degree in biochemistry. Company officials say he has years of experience as a chemist and product developer. His career has spanned library research to the successful commercialization of products. His primary focus will be on new product development.

Chikte joins the company with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering. Company officials say he “brings extensive experience in technical sales within industrial settings.”

Before joining Salem, Chikte was the regional sales manager at Kremlin Canada Inc., managing customer relations in southwestern Ontario. He also spent time at Sherwin-Williams.

Chikte’s expertise extends beyond sales into construction and project management. His most recent role as sales area manager for Cefla North America saw him manage territories in Ontario and the Central Canada provinces.
