Fluted GlassOptics

Sedak has developed a fluted glass product that provides numerous design possibilities. In addition, the fluted glass can be fabricated into insulating glass or safety glass, for use in a variety of façade applications. The fluted glass grooves can be cut vertically, horizontally or diagonally, in V or C form and with a freely selectable distance between them. The glass can be tempered and is available in a maximum size of 3.6- by 20-meters.

Bird Safe and Environmentally Friendly

Walker Glass has received Health Product Declarations (HPD) for its acid-etched and bird safe glass lines. HPD documents provide a comprehensive list of a product’s ingredients and their associated effects on human health, and are prepared based on the HPD Collaborative’ s open standards.

The first declaration covers Walker Textures full surface and patterned acid-etched glass, and its second HPD is dedicated to AviProtek bird safe glass. Walker says it is the first company in the North American market to offer HPD certifications for its line of full surface, pattern etched and bird friendly solutions.

The declarations are third-party verified by Vertima.
