While four teams in the NFL are still vying for the Super Bowl title, USGlass has already crowned a champion of its own. Steve Lewis of Technical Glass Products is the overall season winner of the first ever USGlass Pro Football Pick’em Challenge.

Steve LewisLewis’ record was 175-81 for a 68.36-percent pick rate, and he won a two-way tiebreaker on the very last game of the regular season by picking the closest to the final score. With the overall season victory, Lewis plans to use his grand prize of two free tickets to a home-opening game next year on his beloved Seattle Seahawks.

“Who knew that pick-by-mascot could actually work?” Lewis quipped Friday before making his prediction for the big game in two weeks. “Looking forward to a big ‘Hawks victory over the Pats in Superbowl XLIX.”

Meanwhile, recent weekly winners of the pick’em challenge include Green Bay Packers fan Ken Boilesen of Graham Architectural Products, who took the Week 15 title. Boilsen says he’ll “always be a citizen of Packers Nation” having grown up just outside Green Bay during the Lombardi years and in the same class as Bart Starr Jr.

Detroit Lions fan Dave Gillikin of JMK Glazing Solutions, which represents manufacturers in selling to glazing contractors in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, won Week 16, and Mike Lowder of North Carolina wrapped up the season with a Week 17 win.
