Supreme Glass Co. and former employee Christopher Rosalie have agreed to a court-recommended settlement amount, ending a lawsuit brought forth by Rosalie in April 2018 alleging that Supreme Glass created a hostile work environment and wrongfully terminated him over his sexual orientation.

The two agreed to the settlement on January 12, 2021 and the case was dismissed with prejudice (permanently) on February 1, 2021. This followed an order from U.S. District Judge Leo Glasser of the Eastern District of New York in October 2020 granting Rosalie a jury trial for the hostile work environment and wrongful termination claims but denying his retaliation claims.
