The International Code Council (ICC) is set to host its Annual Conference and Public Comment Hearings at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh from September 19 – 26. The event will gather professionals from across the building safety sector and will include presentations, networking opportunities and continuing education units (CEUs).  Presentations will highlight the ongoing challenges facing the industry and include topics such as remote work, digital transformation and leadership.

After the conference, from September 21 – 26, the ICC will open its Public Comment Hearings, which provide delegates and attendees with an opportunity to directly influence the 2024 edition of the I-Codes. During these hearings, government member voting representatives will vote on all the proposed rule changes. While in-person activities will be taking place this year, there will also be a live webcast available for those who wish to view it remotely.
