Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions has finalized the acquisition of Quebec-based VFG Group, a regional leader of fabrication for architectural, industrial, commercial and custom applications. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
With the completion of this transaction, Trulite officials say the company will increase its presence in the Canadian market.
Additionally, the VFG Group product offering will be expanded to include laminated and Guardian/PPG certified products supported from the Trulite Toronto Super Center.
