John Wiemer spent the past 14 years representing Tubelite and running Arkansas-based Glazing Systems Specialties.

After 40 years in the glass, glazing and aluminum framing industry, Tubelite’s John Wiemer has retired. He spent the past 14 years representing Tubelite and running Arkansas-based Glazing Systems Specialties.

Before joining Tubelite as a client development manager, Wiemer was a manager with Valley Building Specialties in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he supervised estimating and project management teams. He was also an architectural sales representative with Kawneer for the first three decades of his career.

“John is one of the most respected people in our industry,” says Jeff Fochs, South regional sales manager. “During his career, John has always gone out of his way to help others and educate folks about proper glazing best practices, including myself. I thank John for his years of service and wish him the best of luck in the next chapter of his life.”

Mark Cisco replaces Wiemer as the client development manager for Arkansas. Cisco joined EFCO in 2016 as a project manager. He transferred to inside sales before becoming a regional architectural sales manager. His territory includes Arkansas, Oklahoma and southwest Missouri. He also works as an adjunct professor for Drury University and an instructor for Crowder College.
