Ellen Rogers, vice president of editorial content, earned a bronze award in Print – Feature Article, 11 or Fewer Issues per Year, for “Building a Mystery: Defining Details of the Perelman Performing Arts Center.”

The American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) presented its Mid-Atlantic Azbee awards last week in Washington, D.C., where USGlass magazine and two of its sister publications took home a combined five awards.

Joshua Huff, senior editor for USGlass magazine, received a silver award in the Online Industry News Coverage category for his articles discussing glass’ role in preventing school shootings.

Ellen Rogers, vice president of editorial content, earned a bronze award in Print – Feature Article, 11 or Fewer Issues per Year, for “Building a Mystery: Defining Details of the Perelman Performing Arts Center,” in the October 2023 edition of USGlass magazine. Rogers has also been named a finalist in the annual Jesse H. Neal Awards competition for editorial excellence for the same article.

Under the category Design – Front Cover – Photo Illustration, [DWM] received a silver award for the March-April 2023 edition. Art director Saundra Hutchison designed the cover, and [DWM] executive editor Drew Vass conceptualized it. Hutchison earned a second award in the Design – Front Cover – Photo Illustration category for USGlass sister publication AGRR magazine, earning a bronze award for her work on the magazine’s July-August cover.

In the All Content—Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion category, [DWM] took home a bronze award for Vass’ article “DEI + Belonging.”
