Vibrantz Technologies announced that its DipTech subsidiary is selling its digital printer business to Kerajet S.A, a Spanish designer and manufacturer of advanced digital printers for ceramics, textiles, tableware, PVC and more.

Vibrantz states that DipTech’s ink business is not part of the sale, which is expected to close within the next 60 days.

The sale will allow Vibrantz to redouble its focus on the production and development of digital inks for Kerajet and other digital printer manufacturers, says Vibrantz president and CEO Michael Wilson.

“It also helps ensure our unmatched glass expertise and capabilities continue to grow in support of the digital printing market,” Wilson adds.
