Winco Windows, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of architectural and heavy commercial aluminum windows has started a new production line that provides express delivery for qualifying windows.Since it began this past summer, the WinGo program has shipped more than 1,300 windows for more than 100 projects — each within an accelerated production time.

“WinGo was a natural evolution for Winco,” says Kurtis Suellentrop, business development manager. “We provide customized windows for specific needs, but we also fulfill many orders with four standard types of windows. It made sense to fast-track a production line to better serve our customers.”

WinGo provides an order processing, fabrication and manufacturing flow system to allow selected orders to ship in as little as two weeks from order entry. This service takes advantage of Winco’s stock glass inventory, anodizing operations and aluminum extrusions on the shelf and ready for production.

Winco offers WinGo options on fixed, projected, hung and slider windows. With an anodized finish, the average turnaround time is two to three weeks. For a painted finish, the average turnaround is four to five weeks.
