In addition to naming Diana Hanson regulatory affairs manager, the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) recently announced three other appointments.

AAMA added Michelle Gaynes as education coordinator, Lorraine Zimak as association services assistant and Julia Carlucci as technical standards assistant.

“These new appointments were made as part of AAMA’s strategic objectives to add value for the association’s members by expanding the AAMA educational platform, accelerating the development of standards based on gap analysis, and adding technical expertise to regulatory and legislative monitoring,” a release from the company reads.

Gaynes serves as a dedicated resource to programs such as FenestrationMasters and the Continuing Education Licensing Program, supporting the InstallationMasters Program, as well. She holds bachelor’s degrees in English and business.

Zimak has nearly 25 years of administrative experience. In her role, she will support the marketing and association services departments, notably aiding in member retention and renewal, logo usage requests and trade show preparation. She has office

management knowledge and scheduling experience.

Carlucci double-majored in English and journalism and has a bachelor’s degree. Her linguistic background, communication abilities, proofreading skills and attention to detail are utilized in her new role.
