Intermac, the Biesse Group’s leading manufacturer of high-tech CNC machines for glass and stone, as well as Diamut, Biesse’s producer of high-tech diamond tooling used for manufacturing stone, both recently made personnel announcements.

At Intermac America and Canada, Michele Ragno accepted the position of vice president of sales. According to the announcement, Ragno has more than 25 years in the industry, bringing a management, technical and application background, as well as extensive knowledge in programming CNC machines.

Ragno’s duties include managing and developing the direct sales force, developing a strong dealer network, setting budgets, supporting marketing efforts to improve the Intermac brand communications and assuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in North America.

For Diamut, Kerry Clark was named sales manager for America and Canada. According to the announcement, Clark brings a strong management and technical tooling background as well as more than 20 years of extensive experience on tooling applications.

Clark’s duties include developing a strong dealer network, providing support and product training, setting budgets, managing inventory levels, supporting marketing efforts to improve the Diamut brand communication and assuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in North America.
