Michael Rosato

HHH Equipment Resources has promoted two machinery sales directors to regional vice president of sales positions. Michael Rosato and David Anderson are employee-owners of Salem Fabrication Technologies Group (Salem FTG), of which HHH is a division. Salem FTG was formerly known as Salem Distributing Company Inc. before a recent rebrand and restructure.

Rosato is a glass industry veteran with over 37 years of experience. His extensive experience in the shop, around the machinery and in the field has allowed him to establish deep customer relationships and to work closely with manufacturers to develop and improve their machinery lines, according to the company. Rosato has held various posts within the industry including glass fabrication manager, plant manager and general manager. Rosato joined Salem in 2012 as a regional account manager, offering fabrication equipment and robotic solutions as well as tooling and supplies to customers. He was promoted to machinery sales director, West Coast in 2019.

David Anderson

Anderson has 24 years of experience in the glass and stone industries. He started on the production shop floor cutting glass on a manual table and eventually worked his way through many facets of the industry as a whole including: cutting, operating in-line edgers and bevellers, estimating curtainwalls and storefronts and architectural hardware, plus programming and operating CNC machinery, along with other glass working machines. Anderson has held industry positions in production, operations, management and sales. He joined Salem in 2017 as a machinery sales engineer and was promoted to machinery sales director, East Coast in 2019.

“I am excited to promote Rosato and Anderson to regional vice president of sales positions,” says Mike Synon, president.  “We have an extremely talented team at HHH Equipment Resources and I am delighted to include their industry and product knowledge, drive to succeed, and persistence to serve our customers and our company in these expanded vice president roles. We look forward to their success in providing machinery and robotic solutions to our glass customers.”
